As gay men of color, we have to STOP wasting our platforms, personalities and voices on telling the stories of housewives, pop stars and who won what award at yet another Hollywood showcase. We must begin to embrace the fact that our stories, our struggles and our tales of survival are significant and worthy of being publicly shared. I am asking each of you to PLEASE watch and SHARE the below posted video. It was filmed two months ago, but God placed it in front of me this morning. It has been so long since Ive actually seen someone else be so transparent, vulnerable and real in front of the camera. These are the individuals who I want to see on my television screen. These are the individuals who should have thousands upon thousands of followers, readers and online viewers.
