As great as it is that we have social media and freedom of speech, those very things distorted facts and flat out lied in order to fit some racist narrative. Police violence is an issue - sometimes. In this case, however, its hard to imagine a person with a gun - cop or not - reacting without deadly force when being attacked. Its so easy for those of us not in or having been in a situation like that to speak as though people should be able to take the time to critically think about a situation and weigh the facts before coming to the best conclusion. The reality is that its terrifying being attacked by another person, especially one who you have reason to believe just committed a crime that involved the physical assault of another person. Id like to think that I could make the best decision that would result in no one losing their life...but if Im taking the chance. When you feel like your life could be in danger thats it. Theres no Press Start to Continue or reset button. Your life could be extinguished in a second. My opinion on the ruling is [was] to side with the grand jury from the very beginning. They have access to the evidence and I do not. I am glad to see the judicial process run its course, and its sad that more lives will be lossed and destruction will come from this resulting decision. I feel for Michael Browns family. Its horrible losing someone you love, no matter the circumstances. I also feel for Darren Wilson. His life will never be the same, regardless of his innocence. #Ferguson
