As i always wanted to start my research on Education system, Management and on Leadership. So i started my journey from one of the indias most reputed research and development colleges i.e., IIT New Delhi. I met some real iitians and professors too who were busy with their research. They did clear all my doubts ,really nice response from them got blessings from the faculty team as it requires for me and for my company, they opened the door for me. My next journey was IIT Roorkee ,i met a lecturer over there whose research was on the modern physics ,again great response from him. I dont select every engineering colleges and Management colleges as itll go useless cause i know the conditions. As its taking time but cant help everything has to be done alone. As i am doing everything by my own..no help from anybody..building strength in me thats what i want. I also talked with many good lecturers of different colleges and reputed software engineers working in Microsoft, IBM and Google. Now its time to compare them with international ideas. As this is my last research going on & will take one more month so catch you all very soon with different mind set ;)
