As i gear up for major diet exams at Harriot Watt University tension and anxiety builds up. Anyway, my goal is to be good representation for Somali speaking communities as i happen to be one of two Somaliland students out of close to 10,000 students from all over the world who will do the exam in Africa, Europe, Asia, Latin America, North America and Australia. The other student happens to be my close friend Isahaq Hashi who will take the exam in Somaliland. Its also great honor that Harriot Watt university established Hargeisa university as 350th exam center, Inshaalah when the scholarship opens this year i pray more Somaliland students will be accepted. For many years Somali speaking students failed to get the chance or never knew it existed. I hope this year will be different. Each year, the university offers 50 scholarship seats to Africa and students have the choice to do their course work online; as result, i encourage you to apply as you can study and work at the same time.
