As i look around i see an increasing amount of videos showing what appears to be unnecessary roughness performed by Police Officers. Mainly in NYC most of these comments you see have the words he or she didnt do anything fact is yall need to educate yourselves with the Law sense these encounters are increasing. it is good that you guys are recording this stuff but its more important that you learn from these recording and notice most of these officers are getting off so there is something we are missing. I feel its better to educate yourself and others regarding these situations rather than posting videos and calling officers pigs etc. thats not helping so if you dont have useful tips or constructive insight dont bother commenting. There are better ways to interact with police. What too many people dont realize is that their reaction to cops often escalates the situation. Next time youre feeling harassed by a cop just ask them, am I being detained? If so, under suspicion of what crime? If they cant tell you that, then you are free to leave. Do this respectfully and none threatening there is no reason to escalate these interactions cause they always will end badly for you.
