As it comes to the reality, some visitors at Kompongchork have started to complain about overcrowded, rubbish, and water pollution. What is the duty to the local authority to maintain the order, keep environment clean, and security to both people and place? Dont just read the papers and reports at meetings but no practical service is considered useful. People might follow you if the small conscience starts from your group, but if you cant do it, and must confess that you are inability to lead the small area and resign as the Japanese and Koreans did to their citizens. Please others dont confuse I only focus in my district not national Prey Kabas, and welcome them for public speaking debate about this district...
