As long as protein is consistent it wont matter if your high carb/low fat or go higher fat/lower carb.....Once you create a calorie deficit for YOU, you will have fat loss... So choice of carbs over fats, vice versa, Meal frequency, choices of food.....All comes down to preference. There is more than one way to skin a cat.....find what works for you....and something that is sustainable and will fit into your lifestyle
