As long as you cant draw a line between personal matter and political issues As long as you hold a permanent factional view (I.e once you differ with someone today that person will be u r permanent enemy for that matter personal enemy As long as you use personal relations to compromise credible cdes As long as you still use office to oppress those never elected you As long as you think there must be a probation periods for someone to share a view with you As long as you believe those who does not agree with our must suffer THEN YOU ARE FAR FROM BEING A LEADER ...An elective view is only valid until the intended congress ... solidarity must be given to all cdes regardless of views they hold on leadership ...We can differ with views but share a glass of wines, our comradeship is not based on factions but the organisational oath .... those who went to exile are entitled to pay solidarity among themselves for they were fighting for organisation and the people not for factions , .....only political toddlers have permanent factional association....among others one organisational principle says once results are announced lobbying groups must disband and we all rally behind the view of the majority , and leadership elected must embrace all members Once someone says one of our own even after congress that person needs political lecture as the one of our own must be applied to all cdes not factional associates If factions are bigger than organisation why cant we have a lecture in memory of your faction? Cdes lets raise above petty squabbles and allow everyone to exercise their democratic rights ....
