As lots of you know, Ronnie was run over by a tractor late Mon afternoon. We saw the orthopedic surgeon today & he put him in a figure-8 brace for his badly broken rt collarbone (& hes rt handed) & a boot for his left foot. Seems the tractor tire damaged some ligaments in his foot but no breaks -PTL!. However, it is badly swollen and discolored. They ruled out internal injuries at the GRMC ER the night it happened & we go back to the orthopedist in a few wks for more xrays of the collarbone, which will require surgery if no healing has taken place by then. I just praise the Lord that he wasnt killed!! Thanks for all the prayers & phone calls. I think if one more thing happens our kids are gonna put us in the nursing home!
