As many know, St. Louis has one of the largest population of Bosnian immigrants in the United States. One of our ministry partners, Oasis International Ministries, has worked with many, many refugees from the Balkan region over the past several years. The recent flooding in that region has been catastrophic for those living there, and many of our Bosnian neighbors have family who have been affected by the rising waters. If you would like to give donations via Oasis recommendation (where you know they will be carefully transported to the region where they are most needed) here are two ways you can help: Donations will be received at the Bosnian Chamber of Commerce located at 5039 Gravois Ave, St Louis, MO 63116 (next door to Oasis). They will be open from 8 - 4 p.m. every day through this Sunday, May 25th. OR you can bring donations to Hope Vineyard, this Sunday, May 25th ONLY and well get them to the Chamber for you. They are accepting donations of non-perishable canned food, bottled water, baby formula, baby food, diapers and personal hygiene items.
