As many of us did growing up in the 50s and 60s, I had one - TopicsExpress

As many of us did growing up in the 50s and 60s, I had one biological mother, and several surrogate mothers. I love and miss my mom. I also love, and miss my grandmother who was always an encourager, and teacher. I love and miss my sister Brenda who was my mom when mom was working. She taught me so much. I also miss the women/mothers in Taylortown who were there to help keep me straight when I was around the neighborhood. Flossie Staton, Jeanette Hines, Cora Brown, Bea Wright, Geraldine Jackson, Ozzie Ransom, Vera Burch, Pallie Cagle, Rose Watlington, Carline Capel..and the list goes on and on.
