As many of you already know, Bay City is trying pass an ordinance that would limit the number of cats that one household can have to 3. The Humane Society opposes the ordinance and would like to ask for community support against it. On Monday, the city commissioners will be voting on the proposal. We are asking people to come out and stand with us, whether you are a member or not, and speak up for responsible pet owners. You may speak if you choose, but are not required. We are also asking that if you join us, please wear something orange so that it can be seen how many supporters we have. The meeting is at 7:30pm Monday at City Hall, on the second floor in the Commission Meeting Room.
