As many of you know Chex has had a pretty life changing year with going blind and learning to live life without sight in the left eye and limited in the right... today Jeffrey needed a horse to ride through the parade and I offered him to ride Chex he says, do you think Chex can do it I said I know Chex can my question is do you think you are up to getting him through it? and recall I meet Jeffrey 6 years ago and he was not a rider and he had not grown up riding or with horses, so it was a bit of a teary moment as I got chex ready to go through the parade and I was not going to be the one riding him... He did AMAZING!! I mean they both did amazing... Chex and Jeffrey. Jeffrey is Director of our local Chief Joseph Days Rodeo and they mostly all ride through the parade as directors. I am so proud of my Chex!
