As many of you know I flew home from Bali on 4th dec. Then had to stay overnight in darwin. Arrived darwin about 10.30pm. Out with luggage 57kg in total by about 12 midnight. I was pissed I had to stay in darwin. Wasnt sure what to do. Was tied and talked for a while on fb then decided I had to get hotel. My flight out was at 10am next morning. So I put my luggage in a big locker and walked over to Rydgers airport hotel in the rain which was acually nice. Yes they had a room. $149 on 6th floor. So up I go. Turned left at elevator like she said and saw 614 and put the key in, thought is was strange that the door seemed to be open already. Went in and thought, wow. Not bad for 149. Must be cus its late or something. I was impressed and took this video. I made a cuppa to have in my bath, noticed cockroaches in kitchen. Those horrible little ones. Jumped in my so good to have bath. More cockroaches. By this time it was about 2.30 am. Inspected Beds for cockies, looked ok so I jumped in. Tried to sleep but was feeling bit creeped out by the roaches and worried I wouldnt wake up intime to get my flight. So at about 3.30am I got dressed went to reception and asked for a wakeup call. As many as it took to wake me. Not possible she said. Can only do one. In the end I won the battle and she agreed to have someone bash on my door if nessersary. After all as I told her its your fault Im still awake because of the cockroaches. So up I go to rm 614. Put the key in but it wouldnt work. So I looked at the key number for the first time and it said rm 623. Lol. Why did I think it was 614. I dont know but I did. And the bloody door was open. The key went in so I went in. Haha. So i went and had a look at rm 623. Small normal hotel rm. No bath. Didnt hang around to look for cockroaches, but now I had to go back down to reception and tell her what had happened. She couldnt quite get it straight away. Took a bit of explaining. Haha. She said I didnt have to move and I wasnt going to anyway as by now it was almost bloody morning. So up I go to my 2 bedroom apartment. Lol. Finally went to sleep and it took reception an hour of ohoning before they coukd waje me. From 7 to 8am. Haha. The story prob doesnt sound so goid now but at the time I couldnt believe what I had done and I blamed it all on them. Door to 614 should have been locked and then I wouldnt have gone in. Cockies kept me awke cus I was creeped out by them. So their fault it took an hour to wake me. I even told them they should give me my money back because of all the trouble they caused me. Hahaha. Any way had a good laugh when I got home but I was too dam tied to laugh any earlier.
