As many of you know, I had surgery on my broken wrist on Dec. 2, and I am glad to say that it was successful. Every day, I gain a little bit more movement in my right hand, wrist, and arm. With this kind of surgery and the plate they inserted, they actually want me to move right away, but I should not be putting any force or pressure on my wrist for roughly three months. This is a wonderful example of a separation between function and force. Remember the Subtlety Essential? :)
