As many of you know, I have struggled with my weight for many years. With numerous failed diets and wasted gym memberships, I finally took control of my health in 2011 and have lost over 100lbs. Throughout my weight loss journey, I have met many inspirational people whom have guided me through every tough challenge. While loosing 40 lbs on the project 10 challenge, I was able to encourage others to reach their health goal while helping crush juvenile obesity.
