As many of you know, donations are being accepted and monies are being raised to construct a batting cage in Cole Starkes Honor and Memory at Goochland High School in the spring of 2015. At the next home football game, 9/26, we will have these awesome drawstring backpacks (shown below) for sale for $15. They were created exclusively for this fundraiser and quantities are limited. Dont miss out! We also have an original major league baseball personally signed by Justin Verlander that we are raffling off. Tickets are $1 and available now. On October 25th, during the Goochland Fall Festival , we will be hosting the Cole Starke Memorial Fund Home Run Derby. It will be held at Napa Field from 12pm - 4pm. Please come out and support this event. We have some great prizes for the winners of each round. The drawing for the raffle will take place at the end of the derby. You dont need to be present to win. If anyone is interested in helping out with selling the Bulldog bags or with the Home Run Derby, please message me. Helping hands are more than welcome! Lastly, if anyone would be willing to organize a turkey shoot as a fundraiser, I would be happy to help.
