As many of you know, for our family~ DNA is not required. Biology is the least of what makes someone a mother... From the time her tiny little arms wrapped around my neck, I knew she would be in my life forever. I was only 19 when I shared my first soft taco with her (because I was poor and could only afford taco bell!), but she never cared and always seemed excited to see me. We have grown up together. We have made many mistakes. And as you all know~ we have had our ups and downs. She probably doesnt know this... but she has made me a better person. She has taught me patience and unconditional love. Because although she doest have my eyes or my smile... SHE HAS MY HEART and I would do just about anything to see her happy and succeed in life.
