As many of you may know, Dusty has moved to Clearwater, away from home for the first time in her life. She is living in an apartment complex that is filled with her peers, and she is sharing a 2-bedroom apartment with her Aunt Sherry, her favorite auntie (Sorry Laura, Christina, Ellen, and Sheri!) with whom she shares so much in common, and who is also living away from home for the first time. They are in an independent-living training program, and will be learning life skills and being part of a vibrant community. Dusty was able to get a transfer with Walmart, to a new Supercenter which is opening near her. They were very helpful, in both Marianna and Clearwater, and did not want to lose her after nearly 18 years of service! They moved on August 2nd, and they are getting settled in, and Dusty will start her new job shortly. We get daily reports from Dusty, and they are doing just great! I wanted to share this video, because it reminds us of what she is doing. Shes going out onto the court of life, and will soon be shooting baskets!
