As messages of support and congratulations are pouring. It is slowly sinking in, that my time in Cape Town is coming to an end- this month. There is so much to recall, reflect and be grateful for, considering that I spent 14 years in Cape Town. Ive got mix he-motions about going to Kimberly, but I welcome the new chapter of being a resident in the Northen Cape(kanti ukukhula kunjena). Ill surely miss the people of Cape Town, Ill miss my activism in the union and will certainly miss leading NEHAWU members in my branch and worker leaders. When history recalls such times as ours in the helm of being worker leaders, am sure records will reflect that, we were equal to the task, records will reflect that when we were called upon, we did not sell out the revolution but we were committed in defending and uniting the working class. Ill forever be indebted to Restoration Life Ministry for all the life-time training Ive received that prepared me for future battles and life circles. NEHAWU has been a university of thoughts and clarity, Thank you for Empowerment and entrusting me with such enormous responsibility of defending the gains of the union and its members. Yabulela uMakhosandile kuwo wonke umntu othe wanegalelo empilweni yami. Kwizihlobo zam zonke ziphelele Nangamso. Last day 25 September- Goodbye Cape Town-been a memorable 14 years.
