As most of my FaceBook Friends know, I usually call it like I see it like it or not! That being said in my opinion, excessive force was used against Eric Garner. Though the man resisted, he did not appear to be dangerous. He said he couldnt breath. I am pro Law Enforcement, but I believe they over stepped their bounds on this one, and a man is dead. When you have 4 or 5 Police against an obviously out of shape person, you dont choke them to death. There is other ways of controlling the individual and situation. The Police need better training in many areas. They have a brutally tough job, and need to be on guard, and protective of their own lives, but lets remember the Constitution and a persons civil rights.
