As most of you have seen or will see, I posted a brief description of each of my classes along with the schedules for you so save them! Remember, doing the same workout every week will eventually cause you to hit a plateau so I always encourage you to challenge yourself, change up your workouts and dont be afraid of the challenges! The only way you get results is when you do that so make sure to incorporate some kind of weight training especially if you do lots of cardio or vice versa ;) In addition, and I know not everyone likes hearing this but, good nutrition is a major part of your health and fitness goals. Make good food choices and dont be afraid to eat because food is not your enemy, thats the fuel we need in order to function daily and live long healthy lives so be smart, eat smart, and stay active! I love my job and most of all I love to help people appreciate their bodies and love who they are!
