As most of you know, I started a 30 day eating challenge last week. I wanted to do a one week later update post. My face is clearer, my sleep is great, exercise is wonderful and I can even work out hard and hold a conversation for most of it, or at least after that set! My clothes fit looser and I have lost 6 pounds!!! I had already eliminated many of the foods that we avoid for only 30 days..... So can you imagine what someone who continually eats all of still could accomplish?! If you are interested on lurking on our board of whole 30 health, please say so! We share recipes and encourage each other. Who is scared and wants to try for 2 weeks, a week, 3 days????? Give it a shot! There are no failures. Only those who chose not to start at all.... Or those who TRY!! (And remember, Most people can even eat eggs, nuts, peppers.... ) there are so many tasty meals that are good for you!
