As most of you know, I struggle, and am blessed, with ADD. Its an extremely prevalent part of my daily life and Ive been medicated since 6th grade. Its so much more than not being able to focus, and it has also contributed positive personality traits and has made me who I am. TODAY I have some very exciting news. --- After about 2 weeks of drinking Shakeology, I can confidently say I am not dependent on my meds anymore. Maybe its because my brain is getting all the nutrients it needs (its literally lacking neurotransmitters) and my body is getting the energy it needs, but I DONT NEED THEM!! For the first time in 12 years, i can say, I. dont. need. them. This is the best feeling to date. To know that I AM better than this. That it DOESNT run my life. That I can do this.
