As most of you know, if you read my first post, that a lung transplant was brought up. I turned it down. They told me that I had to get a G-tube and I agreed; in hopes that I could gain a lot of weight and bring my lung capacity up. It turns out that I more than likely can NOT get a G-tube because of my high risk of bleeding and the high amounts of scaring on my stomach and on the inside. They also said that I can not put anymore Ng tubes in my nose because of the risk of the veins in my Esophagus bursting. So, I have to work extra hard on my own to put weight on. My Gi doctor also brought up that going on the liver transplant list might be needed in the future because of the severity of my liver disease, but they need to look at it first. I also need a bronchcospy of my lungs in the next few days or early next week. That way we can determine what my lungs are growing and whats the best way to treat and kill it. Ive been having anexity attacks about twice a day that were trying to stop, so I have a big week ahead of me. Theres no telling what will happen next..really hoping for the best.
