As much as I love all the pieces I do ..I am sad to say I think I will have to start doing more neutral colors and less specific to what I like ....there is just not much call for these romantic ..shabby chic pieces in our area...I think they are to specific to certain people ..therefore they take longer to sell ( and I always drop the ball and quit advertising ) I have not bought any new furniture to paint (well except one really cheap little cabinet that I just couldnt pass up) for over a month... I have inventory though...I am really at a crossroads here .....either I need to start doing more neutral regular pieces ..or find a better way to market... and I will be honest ..if I have to start doing what everyone else does ,or likes .I really dont think I want to do it anymore ..I do it for the love of creating ..and if I lose that part of it ..then it just becomes painting ...all the great places to put it in and have a space are just too far from us ..so by the time we pay for everything ..my job ( I use the term loosely) has cost us ( meaning my hubby) money...I know I will at the least paint up what I already have on hand ...and then after that ..well I just do not know ..
