As much as I love the foodie culture we have going on in this fair Queen City of ours, I am not sure I am a fan of the actual culture... the hipness, the loud, the wait, the rush. What happened to actual true chit chat over a nice meal (not that we werent curious about what the gal at the table behind us might have been loudly on about.) Am I getting old? Or Just Uncool? I am kind of ok with either, and will just be having dinner here at Chez Bogard for the time being. Will be inviting guest chefs. Theme ideas welcome. Thinking of renting a cool tent of sorts for spring and summer. This could be the hottest ticket (covering costs only) in town. Tony is in charge of the right beer bevvies.
