As much as it pains me to admit this; Ive come to the point where I truly believe we as a society have crammed ourselves much too far up our own asses and become far too stupid to have the rights and freedoms we currently do. When you see a father mourning over the loss of his child via the hands of a psychopath and regardless of what that man may say, your reaction is Im sorry but the loss of your son doesnt equate me to me losing my rights....you have failed as a human being and you deserve to have no rights whatsoever. To see that theres actually more than one person that backs up and is hootin n hollerin behind that sentiment...shut it down. Weve failed. We dont deserve to have rights simply due to the fact that weve lost the critical thinking and empathy to responsibly wield them.
