As my family and friends know, I have been moved to a Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) in Youngsville for 4 weeks. I am on IV Antibiotics for 3 different strains of Bacterial infections as well as IV TPN to build up my nutritional health. My doctor denied a request to attend my son Adams wedding Friday. But Thanks to my husband and hospital staff I was able to view the wedding ceremony via SKYPE. My son brought me a beautiful bouquet of Roses the day of his wedding. And at 2pm the afternoon of her wedding, my sweet little daughter-in-law, Lacey McCoy Fontenot, arrived at the hospital ifully made up for her big night. her custom made Wedding Dress, & Veil made her look like an angel and was so beautiful it made me cry. Lacey also had some of her brides maids, flower girls ( 2 of my granddaughters Adrienne and Amelia, my daughter Rachel and a photographer all completely made up for the wedding. I was overwhelmed and cried like a little girl, that my son was marrying a girl that would go through so much trouble for his Mom. She was so beautiful it took my breath away. Once the photographer , Lindsey Turner, and Maid of Honor, took a bunch of pictures, my daughter. Rachel Fontenot Wyble, clapped her hands and announced, its time to go! My job is to make sure the bride stays on schedule!!! Two of my good friends came to stay with me to watch the wedding through Skype. I am truly blessed.
