As my miles continue today, i realize a new change in life or reintroducing a good habit starts slow. But with consistency, the ambition gains momentum, slowly at first like a skier or a runner. Then as one is going down the hills great energy and exhilaration comes together and you sre going faster than you ever have. I think I am going to apply the experience of today walk/run to other aspects of my life. They too will start of slowly and follow the momentum they create.
