As my truck warms up and I prepare to head to the job, I find myself thinking back to our nations FOUNDERS intent. Defense of our nation seemed to be one of the primary focuses of our FOUNDERS. With that in mind it would only make sense that should consider rebuilding the Department of Homeland Security. If I were ever honored to be in charge of that project then I would propose that we rename it the United States Defense Force and remove all lawyers, Muslims, and political figures from the ranks. Appoint retired generals and admirals that still wish to serve our nation honorably in their place. Refocus their attentions correctly on the enemies of our nation. Not the citizens of this nation. They would be tasked to work hand-in-hand with our military and active duty leaders within those branches. They would also be tasked to work with state and county law enforcement departments and direct all federal agencies to be subservient to those state and county officials. Federal agencies would be tempered and tasked to start serving the state and county officials in a capacity that protect this nation and protect the safety of all UNITED STATES CITIZENS.
