As of 1:20 pm this afternoon...isolated shower across southwest Arkansas have been rapidly increasing and spreading southwest ward into extreme northeast Texas. Will see increased coverage...spreading into northern Louisiana and the east Texas lakes by later this afternoon. Brief heavy rainfall and a few thunderstorms expected. however...some locations may not receive any rain. This pattern is expected to continue through at least saturday afternoon...as this slow moving upper low remains over the area.
