Achieve a qualifying time (sdrv.ms/18hX4lR). 2. If there are less than 4 swimmers in an age-group that have achieved a qualifying time, additional swimmers will be invited to attend to participate in relays (and possibly in individual events based on permission from the meet host) based on their ranking by time as of 11 Jan 2014 at 09:00 (the conclusion of that days time trials). Once 4 swimmers are qualified in an age group and will be attending the meet, the only way for more swimmers to go to the meet is to have achieved a qualifying time, with one exception: Siblings going with the family of a qualified swimmer may also swim in the meet in selected events (25, 50, or 100 free - more if the meet host allows), but they do not qualify for booster funds. Venue: St. Marys International School (7-lane x 25m Indoor). An invited swimmer receives ODST booster funding at the same level as a qualified swimmer. Lodging: Atsugi NAF - rooms arranged through ODST coaching staff assignment. Ground Transport: ODST charter buses. Air Transport: Individuals purchase their own tickets; we recommend specific flights supported by bus service - TBA. Meet: Saturday/Sunday, all day, both days. Costs: Entry fees ~$50, Lodging $70/night/room, Airfare?, Bus estimate $35/person. Boost: The ODST Boosters support some of the swimmers expenses, amount to be announced in early January. Note: Some families opt to stay longer. Lodging arrangements for extra days must be made by those families. Often, families will stay with the team on Fri/Sat night, then check-out Sunday AM from team lodging, bring their belongings to the meet, and go to other lodging, such as New Sanno, for Sunday night onward. It is a short trip from the meet site to the New Sanno. DEPOSIT PAYMENT FOR QUALIFIED SWIMMERS: Early January $30/person deposit (per person going on the trip - swimmers, parents, and siblings) will be due to the ODST Boosters. If payment cannot be made at that time, please arrange for an earlier payment by contacting the ODST Boosters ahead of time via e-mail: odstboosters@gmail If a deposit is not received, the slot earned by that swimmer may go to another swimmer. The last day to qualify is Saturday 11 Jan 2014. Deposits for those that qualify at that time trial will be due on Monday 13 January to the ODST Boosters.
