As of Tuesday last week, Guelph courthouse has been holding a civil lawsuit trial between the parties of D.D. and the childrens aid society of waterloo region. This case has already attracted alot of interest while seeking the right of the child and family services reveiw board to have the ability to over see its matters while going through family court. However it is open to the public without any publication bans. It will resume on thursday, and will likely proceed until next friday. This is a case where CA$ acted in bad faith, and now is spending thousands of dollars covering it up. This case is not as rare as it seems. These childrens aid societies destroy families across Canada. This is just one of the few cases where theyve gotten caught. They have no oversight besides the CFRSB in Ontario, and even they have limited power. I think im not alone in thinking its time for change. Wish us luck as my family seeks justice, and reveal the Childrens Aid Society of Waterloo Region for the dirty filth they are.
