As of this date, Sept. 1, my Skycable connection is still out of order. All TV channels have no input signal. I even posted my complaints on their FB page. I also sent an e-mail to them calling the attention of their top level management to promptly attend to my concerns but, sad to say, it seems not a single soul is taking the pains to solve this very simple problem. It also seems they dont have the slight courtesy to notify me as regards their actions, if any, on this matter. As most of their customers are paying religiously their monthly bills, its but proper and just that they serve them better. Due to the glaring incompetence of Skycable of serving efficiently their customers, I could not even watch now my favorite team in the 2014 FIBA World Basketball. Though Gilas Pilipinas has already suffered two heart-breaking losses (Croatia and Greece), I still wish to watch all their games. Gilas Pilipinas is the epitome of the Filipino spirit of fighting tooth and nail whatever the odds are to show to the whole world that the Filipinos have really a big, big heart. When will Skycable fix my connection? Calling the attention of its demigods! Can the National Telecommunications Commission do something as regards the inefficient service of this cable service provider? Damn it!
