As of this morning I am finished with all of my course work at UTS. Ive completed my educational requirements to seek provisional status for the ministry of ordained Elder in the UMC. Ill apply next year to the North Alabama Conference- lord willing Ill be approved- Now lets get rolling on the doctoral work at MTS :) This morning I meet with my VA education rep/case manager. Hes approved the funding for my doctoral work- and for that Im so grateful!!! The US ARMY as well as the VA has been very good to me in this long educational and healing process. So heres a word of encouragement; utilize the available resources- especially if youre a vet. We really do live in a great country thats willing to invest in those whove served or are willing to serve. Thank God for new life, hope, and a future. Life is good Jdg
