As of this week the FDA has implemented labeling standards for gluten-free. In order to make the claim of gluten-free, a product must contain less than 20 parts per million of gluten and meet several other tests. Rest assured that Smart Flour Foods’ products have always been certified gluten-free by the Gluten Intolerance Group and therefore meet all the requirements.
