As one opts, resolves and persists to shatter lifes daunting challenges; in pursuit of capturing the mutiny of success, it sometimes becomes imperative that you effect decisions that seek to elevate your quest. In some instances, decisions taken at a particular period may seem rigorous, but as you fast forward, it is certainly realized that it was a perfect route taken. In confirmative to this idea and philosophy, i have chosen to resign as Monitoring & Evaluation Officer of the Liberia Youth Employment Program (LYEP), implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. My gratitude to all who afforded me the opportunity then, to serve this capacity especially, Comrade Leaders, Patrick Saah Lamie Mbayo, M. Boakai Jaleiba, Jacob V. Jallah, Harry Ar-toe Gkornean, G. Aaron Woods, my strong partner (A. Mohammed Ware Jr.), the entire Team at the LYEP National Secretariat, headed by Mack C. Mulbah, Minister Len Eugene Nagbe who has always inspired me, as well as all other comrades and friends whose names are not mentioned herein, but yet remain pivotal to my existence. SALUTE! Below is the full text of my resignation: March 29, 2014 Mr. Mack C. Mulbah National Coordinator Liberia Youth Employment Program (LYEP) Ministry of Youth and Sports Republic of Liberia Dear Mr. Mulbah: I am pleased to present my compliments and write to formally convey my resignation as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of the Liberia Youth Employment Program (LYEP), assigned to Grand Cape Mount County. My resignation is triggered by a quest to pursue other meaningful endeavors; particularly the pursuit of further studies, aimed at upgrading my capacity for tasks ahead. Meanwhile, I anticipate that the LYEP through its National Secretariat, will settle salary obligations owed me for the months of February and March 2014, consistent with provisos lay down in the terms of contract and best practiced labor standards. I would like to thank you for the opportunity afforded me to serve and express my most ultimate wish for the success of the Liberia Youth Employment Program (LYEP).
