As part of my safety postings, I wanted to share a photo of my safety line, used when hooking up to the scooter/rig/sled. HEAVY line, with a quick release snap that has a cable line on it for quick and easy release when YOU are ready to go. Even if youve got just one dog, who is calm, this should be a part of your hook up - you never know what rabbit or squirrel is going to catch their eye while you are picking the scooter or bike up off the ground, and you arent ready to grab hold and keep them there. I will post photos hopefully this weekend of it in actual use rather than just a photo of the line itself. If you are skilled with quick release knots, then a nice heavy line and a quick release knot can be used rather than something like mine - the only knots I know how to tie are in my shoelaces, and it isnt intentional LOL
