As part of our #ThrowbackThursday this week, we want to share the story of Judson Levasheff, who fought a brave battle against Krabbe Leukodystrophy. When asked about his journey, his mom Christina shared: Judson was a bright, healthy, and articulate young boy whose body began to unexpectedly and rapidly deteriorate at age 2 1/2. In a matter months, Judson became completely paralyzed, blind, and mute. It was discovered that he had Krabbe Leukodsytrophy. Just five months after the onset of symptoms, the critical functions in Judsons body shut down and he died in his parents arms. He remains deeply loved and his legacy continues to touch many!
