As people go to vote today, I hope they go with the mind that they are hiring employees. This isnt a contest, this is a job interview. You are hiring someone to work for you for the next four years. This person will be responsible for your money, the upkeep of your city, marketing your city and being caretaker of your city. This person is not someone that gets automatic respect for a position filled but someone who earns the respect of their employer, YOU, by proving him or her self through job performance. As an employer, the results from hiring these people will ultimately lead back to you as the employer. Think of how you want your business, your city, run and represented. Will your city thrive or fail?
