As people have been asking about the oxbow lake, i though i would take the time to provide some information about the lake. The lake is situated next to Willows and is 3.76acres containing approximately 60 fish at present to 28lb-32lb. Anyone wishing to fish the lake must hold a membership which entitles you access to both Oxbow and Willows. There are 12 swims currently with the last swim set to be finished shortly. Depths drop down to 18-20ft at the deepest point. All swims are sheltered and woodchipped and there are two boarded swims situated in the reeds. Current prices are £10 for 24hours Sunday to Thursday and £15 Friday and Saturday. The stock will be increased over the next year and snags will be thinned further. The lake is a complete contrast to Willows and offers great habitat for stalking due to its intimacy.
