As per MCA Circular, compliance certificate is to be filed in - TopicsExpress

As per MCA Circular, compliance certificate is to be filed in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. The period of certification is from 1/4/2013 to 31/3/2014. From 12/9/2013, some sections of the Companies Act, 2013 were notified. Are we supposed to cover these provisions? I feel yes as the new provisions repealed the old provisions to that extent (though section 465 is not yet notified). Please guide.
