As per SRO 1083 (1)/2014, SECP has given the Companies (Easy Exit) Regulations 2014. It allows any Private and Public non listed company including association not for profit U/S 42 to strike the names off from register of Companies. The companies should have no liability of any bank or government or private and not in operation. There should be no case against the company or any dispute. This SRO is not applicable on Real Estate development or marketing companies, Subsidiary of listed Company, Trade Organizations or public sector companies. Auditor certificate is needed if paid up capital is 3 Million or more.
