As promised I have documented my workout so that you can replicate it in the gym… Session no2 was shoulders… One of my favourites….!! Toot toot…!! Reps high with heavy weight for sculpting… -Military press (seated) 12 reps 4 sets 15kg plus bar -Smith machine decline side raise (stand close to smith machine hold on to bar at just below shoulder height and lengthen arm to create decline) 15reps 4 sets each side 15kg -Drop set Straight arm side raise starting weight 6kg at 15 reps to failure on each weight there after… -Cable lateral side raise 12 reps 4 sets 15kg -Upright row 12 reps 4 sets 20kg You can use whatever weight suits you. I do recommend heavy but not so that you lose good form. Technique is paramount…!! If in doubt grab a staff member at the gym and ask them to show you what to do… Do let me know how you get on.
