As promised, heres an update on my inevitable workout soreness. In case youre just joining us, Ive been sitting in a chair for over 20 years. I cant run 100 yards without a hospital visit. Not exaggerating. Ive had 4 mild visits to the gym in the last 2 months with my new-found energy. But last night I decided 20 minutes of cardio at 80% HR, followed by several sets of pretty heavy weights. Anyway, I was sore before I left the gym and knew that by now I would have trouble moving. I rubbed in some Fast Relief Cream when I got home and take a couple of Fast Relief caps last night and again this morning. I would be going up to work out again but I promised the kids if take them to play putt-putt and ride go-karts. I dont even feel like I need a hot bath or muscle relaxant! Stay tuned - the 2nd day is always the worst. Bring it!
