As promised, squats highlights part 2. from yesterdays leg session: After hitting 220kg (485lbs) for 6 reps I then went on to try 260kg (573lbs), first rep felt good, second I needed more support from my spotter than I would have liked, nonetheless it was a good set and great workout overall.
