As requested, heres the 1st draft of the ACME Softball rules for playing. Edits will occur as needed. (credit for these rules goes the ACME VP of rules and having fun, Shana Huss!) 1. Have fun... its softball for crying out loud! 2. Come to Win. Do not put in less than 100% effort. 3. NO DRAMA, PERIOD 4. No flirting with team manager, (exceptions to this rule can only be approved by ACMEs official VP of Score Keeping and Hottness, aka Sandy). 5. Show up at least 15 minutes prior to game time. Do not show up 5 minutes before game time unless you want to see the vain in your managers head throb. 6. You only get 1 I cant be at the game sub request 24 hours or less before a game unless its a legit reason. After that, ACME management starts wooing replacements. 7. Only one Diva per team. 8. Dont bicker with the umps! (do you really think its going to get you anywhere besides kicked out of the game or bad calls for our team?) 9. If your going to base coach, you must be able to count 3 and correctly tell your team the number of outs. 10. Striking out at the plate (looking or swinging) demands 1 case of beer or enough beverages for 2-per person... or treats! 11. If manager text you, text him back damn it! You dont need to give him an aneurysm before the game. 12. Always, ALWAYS, run it out! Make them make the play. 13. When Rocky is the ump all players must to go into the game thinking that the other team has a 3 run lead, to compensate for all the bad calls that Rocky is going to make.
