As shared from Burnaby Mountain Updates: 11:15 am update We have confirmed twelve arrests including Kaleb Morrison, Erin Flegg and Adam Gold, who have been on site for months. Adam (Heiltsuk nation) is already a named defendant in the injunction. Six of those arrested, including Erin and Kaleb, have been released already, they were not taken to jail. Three others, including Adam, are being processed for release as we speak. They have been charged with civil contempt and will appear in Court in Jan. They did not have to sign any conditions to not return to the site. There is also a tree-sit underway at Borehole 2 to protect that site. Clarissa (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh nation) and others have been allowed into the camp to maintain the sacred fire. They are safe and will not be arrested.
