As so many folks plan to start the year off right, let me suggest reading High Speed Health as a great book/resource. We are so focused on the 30-60 minutes while we workout that we tend to forget about the other 23 hours in the day. Thats the time that were doing our bodies more harm than good. This book addresses the other 23 hours in an easy to understand way and to help you make small changes to ultimately live a pain-free life. Thanks Todd Bowen for the book! Ive put many things into practice already! I now understand all the buzz about foam rollers and why people cant live without them! Enjoy!
